None of the fixes in the threads, PulseAudio wiki, and via Google searches (including the many times referenced Ubuntu forms thread) worked. The other option is to remove the Flash plugin, but some sites won't play the HTML5 codecs even when I change the user agent. Anyway, I thought I would share since I didn't find this solution anywhere. Cheers!
