Re: foo_out_pulse - pulseaudio output. Ah, that's just because I set "default-fragments = 2; default-fragment-size-msec = 1000" a while back to try and mitigate some stutter issues I was having. Changed it to default-fragment-size-msec = 300 and your plugin's still playing skippedyquick so I don't think that's related.
