It also can be solved by setting sound volume of Front in alsamixer to zero when I choose headphones as outup device, but it looks like pulseaudio is changing alsa settings back every time when I change output device and I have to use alsactl restore all the time.

I want to use both laptop speakers and headphones at the same time (no particular reason why, just because) but as soon as I plug in the headphones, the speakers become unavailable. In Plasma's System Settings I can select (under Output Devices) "Analog headphones" or "Line Out" port. In both cases sound plays on speakers.
