After booting the headphones volume is normal (100% in PulseAudio is the same as 100% in Windows). After I began to use PulseAudio, there is only one "Master" channel left. and the volume is way too low even "master" channel shows 100/100. So, I removed /etc/asound.conf and use alsa without PulseAudio. Then, I can use alsamixer to adjust volume for individual channels. Afterwards, I can put back /etc/asound.conf.
