So can I assume that you are able to sync the Q9h on that PC? If the answer is yes, then go into Device Manager and look to see where the Q9h is listed. It should be listed in two places (Portable Devices and Network adapters). Now disconnect your device and check the Blackjack II. My guess is that it is listed only once.
