I have Windows Vista and have downloaded the latest version of Quicktime to play my videos. The video when played skips instead of playing smoothly-audio is fine. How can I fix this as I need to delete the videos from the source (my iphone) to free some space, but want to make sure they will save and play as they are supposed to.

Or when you play video/audio saved to your computer or a local NAS device? Or all the above? My suggestion: uninstall all Internet plugins (Flash Player, Adobe Reader, Quicktime, iTunes, Shockwave Player, Silverlight, Real Player, Real Aternative, AIR, JAVA, etc. Reset Internet Explorer back to its DEFAULT settings.
