Thanks for the help, I rolled back the driver to the previous update and immediately fixed the issue. The new driver must have broken the audio output for the galax RTX 2060 super 1 click OC. if I go to the AudioManager panel (Project Settings->Audio) and change one of the values there (Global Volume, Volume Rolloff Scale, Enable Unity Audio, etc.) the sound will turn on for the duration of that run.
