I tryed different types of inline noise filters, DSP'S, etc with no help. Its not engine noise from my truck, the radio just has a heavy noise level or is not well filtered.

I didn't know RCI was Junk. I own 3 RCI's. A 2950,2970&2990. One is even a refurbished radio. Don't tell my tech!!!!. He's the one that got me started on them.I understand the best thing about the RCI's is that they have Track Tuning. After my tech told me what it was & the price you get one for. I think it's a nice radio.
