I just reinstalled Realplayer after a clean reinstall of Windows 10, and it worked fine until I logged in and changed from the trial version to my subscribed version. I have not changed any hardware except the Boot SSD. ALL types of video (wmv, mpg mp4, flv. etc. play with audio only. No video. My video adapter is a GeForce RTX 2060.
