I think one of them is for the ATI HDMI Audio, because when i deactivate it, ATI HDMI Audio is gone too. So the second audio controller seems to be for the realtek onboard device. But at the moment it isn't there in the device manager. Onboard sound is activated in the bios and i installed the latest drivers from the realtek-page.

Anyway, I decided to remove the card and just run it on the onboard audio and boy am I glad I did. The Realtek ALC888 audio on this board (MSI K9A2 Platinum- RD790FX chipset) is great! It's probably one of the *most* subjective things you can say however *I* can tell a difference with music.
