After I installed Vista SP1 RC, I noticed that Realtek released a new driver for vista. I checked the updates; the Windows update wizard did not detect any update for my sound card. I navigated to Device Manager\ Sound Video and Game controllers, and right clicked “Realtek High Definition Audio”, and clicked on Update Driver.
