Within the Realtek audio control panel I could then switch between headphones and 5.1, according to my needs (swapping between music on 5.1 to Ventrilo on headphones, for example). With Windows 7, however, I'm not presented with this option. Even with the latest driver set from the Realtek website (R235) I can't get this sorted.
