Right-click the Realtek HD Audio Manager icon in the system tray, and choose "Sound Manager". What you could try is to download the latest Audio driver from your PC maker here then download this UAA driver update from Microsoft, install that then the Audio one, or as I just noticed the latest one at Gigabyte has the UAA driver built in Here top of the two Audio drivers.
