The fix to get rid of it works though. Just use Ccleaner and go to the TOOL>Startup tab. Find "RTHDVCPL" and disable it.

29 May 2017 #6. Have you run sfc /scannow. The next time it happens could you get the exact time and then look into event manager. Need to narrow down to get to cause. Not sure who instigates and who is being pushed. Are the font driver and the Intel item happen around the same time. If so which happens first.
