The only editing thing I can't see being done in Reaper somehow is actual sample level editing. Imagine having an audio track with glitches and you can't do another take. You go in and just draw the glitch out at a sample level. Same thing with momentary "overs" you can draw some of those out. Other than that, it seems to be all there.
