Hi guys, I got a weird kind of problem: I produced a song in Reaper, and since it's completely finished, I wanted to make a WAV-file out of it. I rendered the song and that went well, but after the rendering I clicked "Launch the file", and for some reason, windows media player couldn't play it. Pretty annoying, since I need a WAV-file of it!

Rendering audio quality in Reaper sucks. Instead of rendering just buss all of the instruments, vocals, whatever, to a single aux. Arm the aux for record. Before you hit record button, right click it then select ‘record output’ select the output mode you want (I use stereo with latency compensation). That does it. Do that and you should be good.
