Reason Audio Card Driver No Sound

Check preferences, yes the correct sound card is listed for input in preference section but it says 0/0. Flip all the buttons on sound card. Restarted the computer multiple times. Sound is coming out of the speakers but its not showing up in Reason. On the sequencer track where it shows the "input" it says "No audio input available".

That would explain the issue with an M Audio card as well. If you happen to be running Sierra there are known issues with the Scarlett range.
