You should somehow be able to record MIDI data in Reaper using ReaTune, possibly have to put it on a 2nd track and route ouput to other track's MIDI in. For realtime guitar/bass use there's Fretkeys and Pitch Extractor (search this forum for both in the fretkeys thread), made in Synthmaker, 32 bit plugins.
