In Audacity I used settings to record from the Audio 8 DJ using 8 channels of recording. When I play audio out my mixer, I can clearly see there is incoming signal on the input bar, and when I click record, lines 1-6 record blank, but 7/8 record my right and left audio.

Reading /u/rob-ticho linked ni thread, I hear Win 10 + Audio 8 DJ interface + using Traktor Pro will lead to a distortion bug after 30 min of usage. This renders my NI hardware useless. I don't wanna buy a mixer with an integrated soundcard or one of those crappy midi controllers with the integrated soundcard.
