so many wrong answers smh. When the small level meter is red your ableton input is clipping. As you pointed out in your picture already. Doesn’t matter what effects are on your track. This meter is the software input. I encountered some bugs like this within ableton. To ensure this is not the case try a different DAW, Audacity is free and handy.
