WIS said that you have to remove the trim just above the radio from the passenger side along the airbag until the centre console. Then you have to remove the ashtray below the radio. Didn't a W211 come with integrated BT HF from the head unit from 06/2008 onwards? At least Comand NTG2.5 did, I thought Audio 20 too. What is your build date then?
