I just reopened iDVD and all the greyed-out themes are now available. When I checked in "Library - Application Support - iDVD - Installed Themes" it shows folders and the theme files for iDVD 1-6 (no 7 which is odd because 7 themes are an option in the iDVD program). I didn't install these themes from iLife 09, yet they seem to all be there.
