only way to get rid of those srs files from the Windows\System32\SRSLabs folder is to uninstall/remove Realtek High Definition Audio from the Programs & Features control panel. I don't delete the DLL files manually as I let the Realtek setup program remove them. then I'd reinstall the Realtek audio driver with a different INF file.
