1) Read MKV-1 with MediaInfo ... so I can get the FPS rate so it can be used later; FPS is 24.000 for this file. 2) Use MKVToolNix 5.5.0 Portable to uncheck Hindi Audio and put the 24.000 under Video and will not check the box under Audio for AAC ... since it is a Simple AAC audio. Not something I've come across specifically with MakeMKV. I do have audio sync issues (across most if not all players and ripped using most ripping software), but only if I playback at 23.976 refresh rate - 50 and 60 don't have the issue, so I watch at 60 (my Panny plasma seems to handle the pulldown really well and I barley notice any difference).

Thanks for the tip bro! I've been going out of my mind with the audio being out of sync on every movie with a DTS-HD track that I tried to remux. I'm going to download the latest tsmuxer and see what happens, hopefully it will fix this problem. Quantum of Solace and Role Models are another example.
