Also, make sure your TV is in Game Mode, if you have it, to reduce lag. If you are using Dolby Digital, that explains your audio lag. Adjust your audio to about 60ms. That's what has worked for me, anyway. To test, close your eyes and just play a simple section by sound. If you are missing, adjust the value until you aren't.

The truth is, one number represents the difference between audio and video lag, and that difference should be relatively the same regardless of which instrument you use to calibrate.
