    Yes, ch.581 (CTV Vancouver HD) has its audio out of sync with it's video (prob by about 1 or 2 milliseconds). I'm also watching from Toronto and compared 581 content with other broadcasters airing the same content (on other Rogers channels) at the same time, but only ch. 581 was out of sync.

    played with av sync in LG tv sound settings ; I even bought a sound bar thinking that the tv's speakers are the issue and the audio sync issue still persists.
