Re: Issus with Sound output via HDMI. So, I figured out a solution. In `pavucontrol' I went to the last tab "Configuration" and set the Built-in Audio to off. This forces the OS to RS780 HDMI profile even though it reports it as being unplugged. Again, thanks for the help.
