The manual says the only way to do DVI is with a DVI to HDMI cable that plugs into the HDMI port on the TV and to drag audio over with a 3.5mm jack. There is no DVI port on the TV. If only! Plan A is to buy an HDMI switch. Plan B is to make the Windows PC run XBMC and just use the rPI as a web server/project PC. Plan C is to buy a new TV.
