Looking at the the manual for the 6350, it looks like you just need to connect to AVR via the Digital Optical Audio connection. This will output Dolby 5.1 if the OTA broadcast is Dolby 5.1. I don't know if this works for the Smart TV apps outputting Digital Audio (but I would assume it would).
