Well, my only experience was having to use them as floor monitors at a few gigs. Our band was using a band member's friend to supply and operate sound for a few gigs. He showed up with SA 15" powered floor monitors. They sounded horrible. They had no volume, no punch, no definition and could hardly be heard.

So, I'm thinking of upgrading to the Seismic Audios above if they are a half decent upgrade to the Yamahas and replacing the Crown amp with a Behringer inuke 3000 amp.
