All of the recent CISSP study material that I know of are videos. MP3 audio recordings are probably CISSP materials that are many years old. Remember that if the CISSP materials you find have ten domains rather than eight the materials are old and will not contain all the info you may need to pass the current CISSP exam.

I've been studying for the CISSP for about six months and am registered to take the test next month. Thanks for all the info. I've read the Sybex CISSP Study Guide and the Eric Conrad 11th Hour book. What's really helped me a lot is listening to the Shon Harris Audio files, though they are old. There's over 25 hours of her discussing the domains.
