SigmaTel Audio Microphone not working I have a 600M, running XP Pro + SP2. Just did a system reinstall the other day. Everything seems to be working, except my microphone. So, go to control panel, Sigma Tel and check the "Allow reconfigurations pop-ups". When the mike is plugged in, a pop-up window shows up asking if the mike is a line in or a microphone... just choose microphone, for me it worked. adelao March 2009

I've tried boosting the audio under it's properties, no luck. I've heard it probably has to do with SigmaTel Audio. To clarify a bit, it's a microphone/headset combination you wear on the head. It came with my logitech webcam. The headphone aspect works..just not the microphone. I have an intel DG33TL motherboard, and I'm using the on board sound.
