Go START/CONTROL PANEL/PROGRAMS & FEATURES/SIGMATEL/UNINSTALL. This way you are deleting the entire package. Then it should reboot, find the device, install the VISTA drivers, then do the UPdate, it might take 2 or 3 tries and then download and install SP1 and then say, "Wow, all that work for nothing."

Sigmatel is back but it is not working, and its properties say it is not working proplerly or something, it had Code 10, Code 38 or something, even Code 1. It changes when I try to fix it. I have tried to update it, uninstall and reinstall, followed what the "Found New Hardware" wizard says, and it all says the same thing:
