Click on the start menu and go to control panel. Then click on the sounds and audio device. Go to volume tab click on the speaker settings. Then click on the Advanced button and then click on the Performance tab. You have to set Hardware Acceleration to basic from Audio Playback section. I hope your problem will be solved.
