Thanks,Bucky B and TechKeon. I tried both of them . 1. I uninstalled Sigmatel driver from my control panel, and restarted. It did not work. 2. I also downloaded the first released audio driver for XPS M1330, and restarted the computer, still I see a 'redX' on my start tray and i can't hear sound either on my inbuilt speakers or both the head fone jacks.

Hi Guys, I ahve a Dell XPS M1330 laptop and a fresh install of Windows 7 RC1 x64. After install I can hear no sound from speakers and see "HD Audio Device " in Device Manager. When i install the dell Vista x64 SigmaTel audio drivers on Windows 7, my cpu goes to 100% whenever i listen to music or play a video.
