It is not using the proxy (but it can) nor is it registering. The Audiocodes unit merely receives the PSTN call, converts to voip and transfers it based on the routing rule and the autodial rules to the 3CX box. Outbound calls do ring and are passed to the Audiocodes box, but they do not get outside of this box.
