PS: You didn't list the speed of your CPU, only that it's an Intel with the latest Intel graphics. Keep in mind that if it's a low end CPU (clockspeed 2.5ghz or less) that can also cause the game to get choppy in places. Like any game with heavy dependancy on a single core, Skyrim doesn't like low speed processors.
