I have a constant crackling sound that I think is the sound effect for fire or lightning spells but even if I put away my spells the sound continues. It goes away in the menus and also if I type "sexchange" into the console twice, but it comes back whenever the game loads a save file.

Audio is crackling on youtube app (explained) I thought maybe the HDD was dying, so I took a different HDD (Albeit a previously used laptop drive) and replaced it. The youtube app is still causing slight audio stutter/slowdown and a crackling noise. It almost makes youtube unwatcheable which sucks.
