Hi, I'm using SnagIt 11 and when I record a video and play it back there is no audio at all. I'm using a headset with a microphone and the levels appear to be working (the levels are jumping up on the volume scale) and headset is on, the USB port is plugged in, everything is turned up and I can hear that the headphones are on and working.
