I'm attaching a new patch (usb-hid_0.3.patch), that obsoletes previous ones and includes changes for 2.4 and 2.6 kernels. This is working fine (on 2.6, on 2.4 I've only tested that it builds and makes the package with the expected files) and I hope it could be included in Kamikaze.
