This was driving me absolutely batsh*t until I noticed what the pr5oblem was. Loading B3.2 in Sonar 7.1 PRoducer/Studio switches off the audio engine. There is a bright green light in the middle of the Transport tool bar that needs to be clicked BACK on after loading B3 and again every time a new kit is loaded.
