Songs have been recorded with the audio metronome in Sonar and what I would like to have is : hard right panned -> backing track without drums, hard left panned -> metronome. All tracks excepted drums are routed to a bus that is hard right panned, I routed audio metronome to an other bus that is hard left panned and this 2 bus go to a master bus.

The metronome is turned off during export. In order to have the metronome exported, it will have to be recorded. Enable the metronome playback while recording and record the metronome audio track. Once recorded, it will export like any other audio track. Use a soft synth, select the patch you want the clcik to sound like, bounce to audio or export the song as usual including the soft synth click track. One way to do it is to route the metronome (in the metronome setup) through some kind of midi sampler or plugin and use the output of that. Of course that will make a click track that sounds like whatever plugin you route it through, rather than the BEEP beep beep beep that the metronome gives you by default. But the beep is annoying anyway.
