We are aware of a problem in which Sonar resets all controllers to zero by default. To fix this, follow these steps: Select the Options | Project menu. Click the Midi Out tab on the dialog box. My feeling is that X1 should be treated like a new piece of software, not merely an update. Although the audio engine is the same as the one refined in SONAR 8, the UI is new, and it’s understandably not bug-free. On my system, I’ve experienced no more than a couple crashes, although engine “stops” seem more frequent.

I posted about this in the Sonar X1 forum and didnt get an answer. Heres the situation: inside Sonar, Maschine will launch and work just fine-- UNTIL i hit "play" in sonar. As expected, Sonar and Maschine are tightly sync'd and loop just fine. However, when hitting STOP in sonar maschine only stops because the Sonar audio engine also stops.
