I have just bought a Sony BDP-S350 Blue Ray Player and hooked it up to an Infocus X9 HD Projector with an HDMI Cable Great Picture !. It seems that the problem is that the m2v file used to author the blu-ray is a 1440x1080 50i file comning from HDV media. I have just tested a disc authored from a 1920x1080 50i m2v that plays perfectly on the Sony BDP S350. I don't know where precisely is the problem. 1440x1080 isn't it a "legal" blu-ray format?
