I get no audio via HDMI with my Sony Bravia LCD TV (KDL40V2500) using my Gateway SX2800 with Win7 Ultimate 64-bit. I have tried both HDMI ports. I get audio using the VGA port and audio jack, but audio usung the HDMI port with or without audio jack. I have tried reloading the OS and for a breif moment the audio worked but the sony driver stopped working and I lost audio.

The picture quality is lovely, the sound is non-existent. I know the old mac mini doesn't export sound via HDMI so I bought a 3.5mm to 3.5mm headphone jack and hooked it into my mac mini headphone jack and the back of the Bravia TV into PC/HDMI1 AUDIO IN. I selected sound on the TV (Options>sound> PC audio Input> HDMI 1) and no sound.
