Does anybody know where I can get version 13.1 firmware for a sony sdt-9000. dat drive. This will allow audio to be recorded on the sony tape drive using a SGI. computer. Any help would be appreciated. I happened to have that firmware. I have attached the zip file to this. message. Hope it works for you.

Sony SDT-9000 using Audio DAT. Hi, I'v bought a Sony SDT-9000 DDS3-drive with the SGI Firmware 13.1 installed. This unit should be able for reading and writing DAT-Audio tapes. In past I used a Seagate DDS1 and DDS2 drive under Linux and DATlib. These drives had to be initialized with dynamic blocksize and density 0x80 for audio-mode.
