So I went back to Asus this morning and downloaded the Chipset drivers and the Audio drivers and installed the Chipset drivers and waved the reboot option and then installed the Audio drivers and did the requested reboot and whalla every thing is fine and dandy and working as it should! I can now use the Control Panel For SoundMax!
