did you checked audio /sound card device in device manager right click and un install the same then try re-installing the same by right click update driver, and followed by select manual settings ---sound and audio device and followed by have disk and show the path to the updated driver (unzipped folder) stored on your system Regards & Best of Luck

I have realtek hd audio manager and it appears to work correctly however I don't have the speaker volume in the task bar and when I check for audio devices through the control panel it says no audio device and all is grayed out. The device is operational (M-AUDIO DELTA 1010LT Sound Card). I even wiped and reloaded WIN XP SP2 and it is still grey. The card seems to accept input and shows output on the device's own VU Mete, but the it's like the volume is turned all the way down.
