SSRC - AviSynth

SSRC ( Diese Seite in Deutsch). SSRC(clip, int samplerate [, bool fast]) SSRC resampling. Audio is always converted to float. This filter will result in better audio quality than ResampleAudio. It uses SSRC by [Naoki Shibata], which offers the best resample quality available.. Sampling rates of 44.1kHz and 48kHz are populary used, but ratio of these two frequency is …

Resampling to a higher Sampling Rate = Loss Of Quality …

The main purpose I need the resampling for is for undoing PAL speedup (so basically I need to slow audio down by roughly 4%). Do those graphs help deciding whether r8brain or SSRC would be the better choice (quality wise)? I don't care much about processing time. Only the quality is important. Thank you!!
Careful with audio resampling using FFmpeg | Transcoding ...

So now i treat the audio separately from the video and do all downsampling using SSRC which preserves the treble which is indeed audible when transcoding music. A 96 kHz sweep taken from infinitewave visualized using Audacity. This is the same sweep downsampled to 44.1 kHz using FFmpeg. Notice the server attentuation already at 17-18 kHz.

The problem is the audio is not captured in 48khz. I think it is 22.1 or something. What is the best way to resample it (preferably with freeware). I always convert my audio to AC3. I attempted to do this as well as resample to 48khz with ffmpeg, but the resulting file was significantly out-of-sync with my video.
