Solution: go to options in the game, in the sound tab, choose a specific output. in the voice chat tab (enable it, first box on top), choose the same output. This works for me. If ur using razer nagi ultimate like me, yes I use the THX Spartial - Synapse.

I have no-sound issues as well, but only on first startup of sc2 for the day. Happened at least five times so far. Im on Win7. Sennheiser headphones. Restarting sc2 a second time fixes my issue every time, so far. Dunno why.
